KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Time Management, Scheduling, Calendaring
• Coordination and managing meetings with different organization
• Response Management (Calls, Emails, Social Media)
• Travel Coordination and arrangements
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Documents management
• Bridge between the managing director and employees for work related query
• Preparing documentation of reimbursement and other related things of MD of the company.

• Good Report writing & Advance Excel skills.
